Highlights

  • E.S.C. combines escape rooms, STEM education, and immersive experience across three concepts: Museum of Humankind, Shangri-La, and Dr. X.
  • For more information, visit https://www.esc.sg/
  • If you prefer to play exclusively with fewer than 8 people, we recommend booking all the slots for the session. Otherwise, other groups may join.
  • Dr. X is for ages 18+. It has mild horror and may not suit young kids. One group member will be alone for most of the session.
Step into E.S.C., Singapore's most exciting escape room, which offers immersive experiences from ball-filled enclosures to quaking floors.
Also known as Escape @ Science Centre, this fun-filled attraction blends the ever-popular escape room concept with the wonders of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and an added sprinkle of theatricality.
Unique new storylines and fresh, STEM-themed puzzles, which test knowledge, skill and tenacity, will keep you coming back for more. And if you're expecting the regular combination locks and ciphers you might be a little disappointed.
In collaboration with global technology-driven creator and entertainment company Gushcloud and Singapore theatre company How Drama, Science Centre Singapore developed E.S.C. to engage young adults, who are constantly on the look-out for challenging new experiences.
The site consists of three concepts: Museum of Humankind, Shangri-La and Dr. X, each offering a different world for players to immerse themselves in. Take on the role of the last humans alive, avatars trying to make their way out of a glitching metaverse, or desperate people in search of a lost friend.
Oh, and don't worry, you CAN bring your phones into one of the rooms. So feel free to snap away and tag us.
But of course, that's IF you make it through #TheSweetEscape...
